1/2cCarrots, sliced
1/2tsWorcestershire sauce
1/2cCelery, sliced
1/8cSour wine
2tbOnion, chopped
1tbDrake's crispy fry mix
1/2tsGarlic, sliced
1 Warm water
2tbHome cured venison ham

Pack raw ingredients in quart jar in above order to within one inch of top, seal and process for 90 minutes at 10 lbs pressure.
